Robert Cote, President & Founder of LoneWolf Homes, has over 30 years carpentry experience. His knowledge, confidence & easy way with our clients take the stress out of renovating or building your home.
In the mid 1980’s, Robert entered the construction world in Vancouver as a framer. Utilizing his framing experience he branched out to running his own projects and becoming a General Contractor. His deep understanding of how homes are built, how all the pieces must fit together (managing personnel & material!), is instrumental to the success of any project (big or small).
In 2002, Robert relocated his young family to Kelowna from Calgary. Since then, LoneWolf Homes has built spec homes, custom homes and fulfilled many client’s renovation dreams. With is vast experience, Robert became Site Manager with multiple townhouse developments in Kelowna and Lake Country (ranging from 20-40 units).
LoneWolf Homes has fostered our network of resources, including City and District plan checkers & inspectors, & have worked closely and consistently with the same sub-trades, engineers, design professionals & suppliers since 2003.
